Aluminum foil products are classified into three thickness levels from the thickness

In daily life, many common products are packaged with aluminum foil products, and the thickness of the products used in different products is also different. Perhaps the thickness of the aluminum foil products used in these packaging are not the same, but if they are classified according to their thickness, they can be divided into these three levels:

1. Those with a thickness of less than 0.01mm are usually called double zero aluminum foil products. From the literal meaning, the value of the material thickness of the aluminum foil is that there are two zeros after the decimal point when the unit is in millimeters. This type of product can be said to be the product with the lowest thickness among all thicknesses.

2. Medium-thickness is an aluminum foil product with a thickness greater than 0.01mm and less than 0.1mm. The application of this thickness is similar to that of pharmaceutical packaging. These applications often have performance requirements for the product. Because there are other support when packaging, so in terms of thickness, only need not be easy to damage and not too thick.

3. The thickest type of aluminum foil products are those with a thickness above 0.1mm and below 0.2mm, such as egg tarts, bread and other food packaging applications. Because this type of packaging needs to be able to hold food and requires a relatively stable shape, the thickness of the product required is relatively thicker.

This is the three thickness levels that aluminum foil products can be divided into from the perspective of thickness. Of course, this thickness essentially refers to the thickness of the aluminum foil material.
