By shape
According to the shape of aluminum foil products, there can be rolled aluminum foil and sheet aluminum foil. Aluminum foil deep-processing wool is generally supplied in rolls, and only a few handicraft packaging occasions use sheet-shaped aluminum foil.
According to the state, the aluminum foil can be hard foil, semi-hard foil and soft foil. ①Hard foil: aluminum foil that has not been softened (annealed) after rolling, there will be residues on the surface without degreasing. Therefore, the hard foil must be degreased before printing, laminating, and coating, and it can be used directly if it is used for forming. ②Semi-rigid foil: aluminum foil whose hardness (or strength) is between hard foil and soft foil, and is generally used for forming. ③Soft foil: Aluminum foil softened by complete annealing after rolling. The material is soft and there is no residual oil on the surface. Nowadays, many application fields, such as packaging, composites, electrical materials, etc., use flexible foils.
According to the surface condition
According to the surface conditions, the aluminum foil can have one-sided smooth aluminum foil and two-sided smooth aluminum foil. ①Single-sided smooth aluminum foil: double-rolled aluminum foil, one side is bright after sub-rolling, and the one side is black, this aluminum foil is more one side smooth aluminum foil. The thickness of one-sided aluminum foil is generally less than 0.025mm. ②Double-sided light aluminum foil: single-rolled aluminum foil, two paintings and roller contact, the two sides of the aluminum foil can have mirror-surface double-sided light aluminum foil and ordinary double-sided light aluminum foil due to the different surface roughness of the roller.
